Emergency & Disaster Planning
We require clients to give us detailed contact info each time they are away. Hurricane season is normally from June 1 to November 30. If a storm is headed our way, we will not be able to evacuate our clients' pets. We request clients to provide us with the names and all contact numbers for individual(s) with keys who have been designated to pick up and care for pets until owners return.

If clients do not have anyone who can care for their pets, we will make every effort to continue our visits. However, if neighborhoods are not accessible due to flooding, downed trees or power lines, we can only return when conditions are safe. On our last visit before bad weather is expected to hit, we will leave extra food and water down.
