Other Charges
Key Pick Up &
Return:
If a client wishes keys returned after initial service, we'll be
glad to do so. A fee of $5.00 will
be charged. If subsequent services are requested, $5.00 will be
charged each time keys are
picked up and $5.00 each time keys are returned.
Medications:No
charge for topical or oral meds. $5.00 is charged to administer
each insulin shot and subcutaneous fluid therapy session..
Pet Supplies
and/or Meds: If a client requests a sitter to purchase pet supplies
(food, treats, litter etc.) or pet meds, $15.00 is charged for each
trip necessary to acquire requested items.
For example:
Going to store to buy pet supplies = 1 trip; going to vet's office
for meds = 1 trip. If it is necessary to go to grocery store and
vet's office at one time, 2 trip charges will be applicable. Sitter
will leave at client's home an invoice for trip charge(s) &
applicable receipt(s). If sufficient money was not left for purchases,
client will be expected to pay the balance + applicable trip charge(s).
Check made payable to Alpha Pet Solutions LLC for total should be
mailed as soon as possible to Alpha Pet Solutions LLC, P. O. Box
330135, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233.
Package Pick
Up: $5.00 will be charged each time client requests a sitter to
go to their apartment office to pick up packages and bring back
to their home.
Early/Late Visits:
We visit our pets between 8:00 a. & 9:00 p. $2.00 is charged
for each earlier or later visit.
Alpha holidays
& fees:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve Day. $5.00 is
added for each
pet sitting/dog walking visit and $0.00 is added for each overnight
stay occurring on any of the foregoing holidays.
Policies
"I'm Home"
Call: We ask clients to call us @ (904) 868-7387 immediately upon
their return home. We worry until we know pets have their people
back. If we have not heard from a pup client 4 hours before their
pup's next visit, our sitter will come for that visit. If client
is home and has forgotten to call us, an additional visit will be
charged. to compensate our sitter for their time. If a client finds
their return will be delayed, we ask that they call (904) 868-7387
as soon as possible to see if additional visit(s) can be arranged.
Cancellations:
Non-Holiday Service:
We would appreciate receiving notice at (904) 868-7387 at least
two (2) calendar days before the 1st scheduled visit of a series
of visits. For ongoing daily walk pup clients, we would like to
receive at least 24 hours notice. We understand that illness and
unexpected events occur and we will do our best to work within a
short time frame.
Holiday Service:
We would appreciate receiving notice at (904) 868-7387 at least
five (5) calendar days prior to date of 1st scheduled visit so that
time previously reserved for that client can be filled with other
service requests. If less than 5 days notice is given and we cannot
fill that client's previously reserved dates with other service
requests, a cancellation charge of 20% of the client's total visits
will b charged.
Early Returns:
If a client returns early during non-holiday or holiday service,
only service credits good for 1 year will be issued for each daily
visit or overnight stay not required due to early return
